El Chorro, near Alora, in Malaga, Spain. It was built in 1905 to provide access for inspection, maintenance, and transport between two hydroelectric dams. There's apparently a movement to try and repair and re-open the path. It's technically closed, but seems to be a CYA and look the other way kind of deal.
